Problem

A four-year, multi-country research project needed one public home for its publications, workshops, and team — clear for both academics and the public, with documents in English and French.

Solution

A fast Next.js site with a filterable activities database, workshop programmes, rich field photography, and pages for the team and seven partner institutions.

Result

A live project archive where publications, conferences, workshops, and programme updates are organised for easy public access.

Problem

The observatory needed to communicate complex research on urbanization, pollution, biodiversity, and health to very different audiences: scientists, residents, schools, and municipal authorities.

Solution

A structured Next.js site organising four research themes and four activity programmes — collective fieldwork, science–society dialogue, artistic approaches, and public policy — plus team and partner pages.

Result

One clear destination connecting IRD, JKUAT, Kitengela Municipality, and community partners, with every research strand a click away.
